The ELO is grateful for the efforts of its partners, who work with our organization in several ways:
CELL (Consortium of Electronic Literature)
The Electronic Literature Organization hosts the Consortium on Electronic Literature (CELL), an initiative aimed at developing partnerships among organizations, universities, and publishers for the purpose of sharing research in the area of electronic literature. The first generation of CELL partners are the University of Western Sydney (Creative Nation), ELMCIP, Po-ex.net, NT2, Electronic Book Review, University of Siegen (Likumed), Hermeneia, and Archiveit.org/Library of Congress. CELL is coordinated through the ELO’s Electronic Literature Directory (ELD) project.
Over the years, several universities have been venues for ELO conferences. We thank our conference partners Brown University, École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs, the University of California, Los Angeles, Université Paris 8, the University of Maryland, Washington State University Vancouver, and West Virginia University.
ELO Headquarters Host
Electronic Literature Organization headquarters is now hosted at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Preservation & Artistic
The National Digital Information Infrastructure and Preservation Program, an initiative of the Library of Congress, is working with ELO to preserve works of electronic literature. Turbulence, a project of New Radio and Performing Arts, Inc. (NRPA), has worked with the ELO as an artistic partner.
