There will be an emphasis on how the technology can be applied to defense and military science, engineering, education, entertainment, and more. VRCAI is seeking submissions.

The [R]-[R]-[F] Festival, created by Agricola de Cologne, is a participant in Interactiva ’03 – Biennale for New Media Art. Interactiva ’03, an international biennial that showcases new media works and conducts workshops and conferences, runs until September 28 at the Museum of Contemporary Art Merida in Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.
