FILE 2003, The Electronic Language International Festival, will be launching its fourth edition on August 13, 2003. In addition, the second FILE SYMPOSIUM, which takes place August 19 – 23 in the city of São Paulo, will bring together artists and researchers from around the world to discuss media arts and digital culture.
Aspect Magazine
Aspect Magazine, a biannual DVD magazine of new media art, is accepting submissions for its Fall 2003 edition. This upcoming edition will feature artists from the west coast of the United States.
