Ciber@RT Bilbao 2004

The International Festival of New Technologies, Art and Communication: Ciber@RT Bilbao 2004 will take place in April 23-30, 2004, in Bilbao with the theme “Challenges for a Ubiquitous Identity.” The festival is seeking works pertaining to Net-Art, Off-Line Multimedia Projects, Computer-Generated Animation, and more.

Neural

Neural, an Italian website printed quarterly as a magazine, now has an English edition online. The English content section of the website is updated daily with new articles and reviews on new media art, hacktivism, and electronic music.

Aspect Magazine

Aspect Magazine, a biannual DVD magazine of new media art, is accepting submissions for its Fall 2003 edition. This upcoming edition will feature artists from the west coast of the United States. Aspect is seeking curators, art critics, and members of the art community to help compile and comment on works by sending in a work of art on which they wish to provide audio commentary.
