2026-2027 ELO Fellows

The ELO Fellows is a long-established program offered by the Electronic Literature Organization that aims to support and build the careers of future scholars interested in born-digital art, literature, and games. Each fellow is assigned a project to undertake and a senior mentor who provides guidance and assistance to the fellow as they work on their project. They also receive a $500 stipend from the organization and are celebrated at the annual ELO conference.

The projects identified for 2026-2027 ELO Fellows include:

  • Working with Mark Marino, ELO’s Communications Director, on social media for ELO
  • Working with Dene Grigar, ELO VP of Operations, to develop the interface design for the planned update to the Electronic Literature Directory
  • Working with Lyle Skains to create a strategy for tracking and making ELO membership information accessible to members

To apply for a fellowship, send a brief letter of interest and a copy of your CV or resume to Dene Grigar at dgrigar (at) wsu.edu by November 16, 2026.
